Shipping & Return Policies

Thank you for ordering from Melissa Stuart. Please find our shipping and return policies below. All questions regarding shipping or returns should be addressed to info@melissastuartauthor.com.

Shipping Policies

·  All orders for books already in print ship within the next 3 business days, often the next day.  Business days exclude weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

·  Single-book orders to all U.S. locations ship USPS Media Mail (3-8 business day delivery). If you would like your shipment shipped by another method, please contact info@melissastuartauthor.com.

·  Orders can only ship to valid United states delivery addresses and Puerto Rico. Melissa Stuart is unable to ship products internationally at this time.

·  Shipping costs are based on how many items are in your shipment.

·   Orders cannot be split into multiple shipments at this time without additional payment.

·  If you have not received your package in the time period indicated above, please contact info@melissastuartauthor.com.

Return Policies:

·  Books are only returnable for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. 

·  Refunds are contingent on the reason for return and the condition of the returned item.

·  If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact info@melissastuart.com within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

·  Buyer should contact Melissa Stuart at info@melissastuartauthor.com prior to returning an item to discuss reason and method of return.
